Healing Happens Here

Everyone’s story carries moments that can feel too heavy to hold alone. That’s why I strive to create a space where you’re met with warmth, respect, and practical tools you can use right away. I believe healing is possible for every person—and we celebrate each step you take toward feeling whole again.

Using evidence-based approaches like narrative therapy, somatic techniques, CBT and DBT, I tailor each session to your unique pace and goals. I make scheduling easy, communication clear, and support ongoing—so you can focus on what matters most: reclaiming your life.

Pricing and Fees

A modern living room with wooden walls and ceiling, several armchairs in neutral and dark colors arranged in a circle, a round rug in the center, pillows, a small wooden table with books and glasses, and large windows letting in natural light.

Our initial consultation call is always free of charge. I currently only accept private pay, while I work towards my goal of accepting major insurance. In order to make my services more accessible and equitable, I offer services on a sliding scale of $100 to $150 per session. I am more than happy to have conversations around pricing and accommodate those in need, no proof required.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. I provide GFEs at the start of our work together, based on the rate we agree upon, and we will update it periodically throughout your treatment.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
